7 Spring Roll Wrappers
1 (5oz) can Skipjack Tuna
3 Tbsp Olive Oil,
½ head Medium Cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
3 Spring Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
Black Pepper to taste
1 Egg, beaten (for sealing)
Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce for dipping (optional)
Frying Oil of choice (avocado oil recommended)
